Our pricing is billed annually, but we display the cost as a monthly breakdown for clarity. For example, if a plan is listed as $10/page/month, this means you’ll be charged for the full year upfront at a rate of $120 per page annually. This approach provides transparency on what the cost averages out to per month while keeping billing simple with a single annual payment.
Our plans are billed per support page, not per account. You can create unlimited support pages within your account, and each support page is charged at an annual rate. Pricing is displayed as a monthly breakdown for transparency, but the total cost is billed upfront for the year.
A support page is an individual page designed to host your support resources. Each support page has its own unique link and scannable QR code, making it easy for customers and employees to access important information instantly.
Each support page comes with a set amount of storage based on your plan:
- Basic: 1GB of total storage
- Growth: 5GB of total storage
- Professional: 15GB of total storage
You can use this storage however you like—whether it's videos, images, documents, or text-based notes. Once you reach your limit, you can replace older files with new ones or upgrade your plan for more space.
Team members are additional users you can invite to your account to help manage and create support pages. This allows multiple people within your company or organization to collaborate on adding videos, documents, images, and other resources to your pages.
